Reception Staff
Pam has been a valued member of our practice since joining Dr. Wynne and the team in January 2006. She was originally hired as a Front End Receptionist and has since expanded her role to include Optometric Technician responsibilities. Her years of experience, friendly personality, and dedication to patient care help make every visit as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
Originally from Pennsylvania, Pam moved to New York in 1997 and has embraced everything the Finger Lakes region has to offer. Outside the office, she enjoys cooking, gardening, spending time at the lake, making people laugh, and cherishing time with her daughter.
Pam looks forward to getting to know each of our patients and helping make their eye appointment the easiest and most pleasant part of their day.

Sherri is a familiar face to many of our patients, having previously worked in our office before returning as a Front End Receptionist. In addition to her receptionist duties, she is a skilled Optometric Technician and also enjoys helping patients in our frame room select stylish, comfortable eyewear that complements both their lifestyle and the doctor's recommendations.
Originally from Williamsville, New York, Sherri moved to the Rochester area in 1994. She earned her Associate's Degree in Business Administration in 1997 and has worked in medical administration and health insurance since 2003, bringing years of experience and knowledge to our team.
Outside the office, Sherri enjoys cooking, baking, and spending time with her two beloved cats.
Her friendly personality, attention to detail, and commitment to excellent patient care make her a valued member of our practice.
